A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Case & Escalation Management Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex issues and escalations to resolution using the CRM platform (Salesforce)
- Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Suggest workflow and quality improvements to enhance service delivery and client sentiment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- CPC and/or CCS Certification required
- 2+ years of medical billing/US healthcare experience
- Knowledgeable in coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and medical terminology
- Proficient in Excel and other business tools (Smartsheets, Google tools, SharePoint, etc.)
