Key Responsibilities
- Supervises Operations Agents to ensure efficient customer service and proper handling of hotel and transportation requests
- Monitors department activities and enforces quality expectations through coaching and feedback
- Resolves operational issues and maintains effective communication with client departments to meet expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) preferred
- Two years of experience in call center operations, airline operations control, or crew scheduling
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop team members
- Strong working knowledge of relevant field or discipline
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including holidays and weekends
