Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for Patient Billing Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
  • Initiate payment plans for outstanding patient balances
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1+ year of work experience required
  • Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or call center preferred
  • Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer windows is desirable
  • Prior interaction with patients regarding medical information is strongly preferred
