A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service/support via various communication channels
- Triage inbound customer communications and manage ticket processing and escalation
- Assist with setup/configuration of POS terminals and provide technical support for payment processing issues
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of industry experience in call center or customer support roles
- 2+ years of experience in the card payment industry or payment processing with POS terminal technical experience
- Experience with TSYS, Fiserv, or related payment processing systems preferred
- Experience in call center environments in the payments industry preferred
