Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Support Technician to enhance their Network Operations Center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot customers' network environments to ensure optimal performance
- Identify issues proactively and resolve incidents while providing technical support for client infrastructure
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with network, LAN/WAN design, and SAN support
- Experience with Managed Service Provider, RMM platforms, and ticketing systems
- Strong working knowledge of Hyper-V and/or VMware
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, A+, or Network+
- Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools is a plus
