Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Online Retail Department with a competitive monthly salary of €2000. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking customers as they navigate their online shopping experiences. You will address inquiries related to product information, order processing, returns, and general customer support. Your aim will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch for a variety of online retail inquiries.
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and availability.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively to maintain satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions for reference and service improvement.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment.
- Stay informed about promotions, sales, and new products to effectively assist customers.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service or online retail is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online retail platforms and customer support software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
