AV Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an AV & Events CXC Support Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support AV services for events and meetings both onsite and virtually
• Manage and maintain various AV systems and provide real-time technical support during events
• Conduct thorough room sign-offs and troubleshoot network connectivity issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of AV experience in a corporate or live event environment
• 5+ years of experience with integrated AV systems and hybrid event technology
• 5+ years of experience in C-suite executive support and high-stakes client presentations
• Industry certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Dante, or Crestron preferred
• Experience with networked AV over IP (AVoIP) and DMX lighting control is a plus
