Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to provide support to Members seeking surgical care and benefits offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage, educate, and qualify Members on the Surgery Care program and ensure benefits are clearly understood
- Convert leads into users of care experiences and route calls to appropriate team members as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a customer service and/or sales call center role
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence others
- Strong administrative/technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Must have a designated, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet access
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
