Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building partnerships to understand customer needs and increase product adoption
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans to nurture accounts, establish goals, and ensure renewals
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring customer account health and reporting on business objectives
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the technology services industry, with 3 years in Customer Success or related roles
- Experience in increasing customer satisfaction and retention in a SaaS environment
- Technical experience with software solutions, including deployment and support
- Basic familiarity with databases, reporting, and analytics
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels
