Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer relationships and drive account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building partnerships to understand customer needs and increase product adoption
  • Develop and execute Customer Success Plans to nurture accounts, establish goals, and ensure renewals
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while monitoring customer account health and reporting on business objectives
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in the technology services industry, with 3 years in Customer Success or related roles
  • Experience in increasing customer satisfaction and retention in a SaaS environment
  • Technical experience with software solutions, including deployment and support
  • Basic familiarity with databases, reporting, and analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels
