Key Responsibilities

• Review initial loan submissions for completeness and accuracy
• Order third-party documentation and collaborate with underwriting to finalize approvals
• Maintain organized digital loan files and monitor active loan pipelines to meet deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or basic underwriting
• Familiarity with various loan programs (FHA, VA, USDA, etc.)
• Strong understanding of LOS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent required
