Pennsylvania Licensed Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative to handle liability and property claims under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and adjudicates claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and maintaining accurate documentation
• Establishes contact with all parties involved in the claim and evaluates and negotiates claims
• Responds to inquiries from policyholders and other stakeholders, while maintaining knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with two years of related claims handling or customer service experience
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
• Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred
• Ability to obtain necessary state licenses within specified timeframes
