A company is looking for a Scribe Specialist to support Veterinarians by managing administrative tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Access and summarize audio recordings of Veterinarians into clear medical records using WOOFware software
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvement opportunities
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and training sessions for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- At least one year of experience as a certified Technician or Veterinary Assistant, or two years in an administrative role in a Veterinary hospital, or currently enrolled in Veterinary School
- Proficiency in medical terminology and quality medical record keeping
- Typing proficiency of approximately 45 words per minute
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
