A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers for the email suite products
• Assist customers via email and Zoom with technical setup and questions
• Support customers throughout the implementation period

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous onboarding, implementation, or support experience
• Experience with email routing and DNS management
• Ability to work and thrive remotely
• Customer-centric and collaborative mindset
