Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCM Client Success Manager (B2B SaaS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients as their primary strategic partner post-go-live
- Own the client relationship for Prompt + Prompt RCM users, acting as the go-to liaison for all related inquiries
- Analyze client performance data and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities, presenting insights during client check-ins
Required Qualifications:
- Active clinical license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Strong understanding of clinical, administrative, and billing workflows in rehab therapy practices
- At least 3 years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or revenue cycle management preferred
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles, with the ability to build rapport and drive client satisfaction
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other platforms, capable of tracking performance metrics
