A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound communication
- Negotiate payment arrangements and validate self-pay balances with patients
- Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with PC applications and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
