Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service & Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient account balances through inbound and outbound communication
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and validate self-pay balances with patients
  • Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Experience with PC applications and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
