Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound and outbound calls while completing assigned work items
- Develop action plans and coordinate academic plans based on student needs
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in specified states: AZ, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, WY
- Bachelor's degree must be completed prior to applying
- Proficient in computer applications, including CRM and Microsoft tools
- General knowledge of higher education trends and fields of study
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a virtual environment
