Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Associate to handle inquiries and facilitate the enrollment process for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls and chat inquiries
- Act as a subject matter expert on admissions processes and requirements, addressing objections and providing guidance
- Manage and document inquiries accurately using information technology systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
- One year of call center or customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Prior experience in higher education or consultative sales is a plus
- Aptitude for learning new software applications quickly
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
