Key Responsibilities
- Review MetLife tasks to verify balances eligible for placement
- Update claim status and notes using multiple client systems and assist with payment releases
- Perform data entry for MetLife Disability placements and assist with voiding check requests

- Good typing skills and ability to apply processes and procedures
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate imaginative work
- Experience with varied equipment operation
