Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist I (Bilingual, Temporary, PST).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Clinical Managers and Sprinters with real-time scheduling changes
- Field and resolve overnight questions and support requests from patients
- Respond to and triage inbound customer questions via phone, email, and SMS
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish
- At least 2+ years of relevant experience in customer or patient service, healthcare required
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
- Experience working with Zendesk preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
