A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist callers by understanding their questions/issues and gathering necessary information
- Coordinate with internal resources and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution
- Document caller interactions and provide solutions or alternatives to enhance caller experience
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in a related environment utilizing phones and computers
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Health care experience with primary/specialty appointments or health plans
