Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reservations Experience Planner to oversee the Experience Planning and Reservations process for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver superior experience planning for guests of all three resorts
• Make authentic connections with guests through various communication channels
• Assist with guest inquiries and ensure all guests are supported before leaving for the day

Required Qualifications

• Must reside within 180 miles of the resort
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales revenue goals
• Flexible schedule and ability to work independently
• Prior remote work experience is preferred for remote positions
