A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative, Initial Loss - Claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior and responsive customer service in a call center environment
- Receive incoming calls from customers regarding claims and initiate the claims handling process
- Answer customer questions and direct requests to appropriate departments as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or call center experience required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
- Good typing skills - 25 WPM with 95% accuracy required
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
