Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support Customer Experience teams by optimizing Service Cloud implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Administer case management processes and build automation to improve support operations
  • Partner with internal teams for cross-platform integration and provide end-user support
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in Support Operations, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce administration at a SaaS company
  • Proven experience as an SFDC Administrator with a focus on Service Cloud
  • Basic understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities
  • Experience with Customer Success software (e.g., Gainsight) is essential
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to map business processes to technical solutions
