Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in coaching and supporting team members
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • 2+ years of healthcare customer service or call center experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
