Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of team members
- Set priorities to ensure task completion and performance goals are met
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to team members
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 3+ years of experience in coaching and supporting team members
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- 2+ years of healthcare customer service or call center experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
