Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and analytical support to improve the quality and productivity of the Credentialing Department
- Analyze service, production, and program outcomes against established policies and standards
- Develop training and documentation for process and performance improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in health insurance, healthcare field, and/or customer service
- Experience as a lead or team member on a project team
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in health plan business or credentialing
- Experience in database management and spreadsheets
