Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls and may require outbound calls as needed
- Update patient data to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines
- Assist with medication coverage inquiries by working with carriers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 1 year recent call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for remote work issues
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus
- Must have a private, quiet workspace and high-speed wired internet connection
