Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist II, working from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday to Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client e-mail, chat, and phone support requests
  • Use multiple online systems to effectively resolve tickets and prioritize based on urgency
  • Collaborate with colleagues and escalate tickets as necessary to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Reliable, private, and secure remote internet with minimum speed requirements of 20Mbps Down/10Mbps Up
  • Basic skills in personal computer use and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule
