Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Specialist II, working from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Saturday to Wednesday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client e-mail, chat, and phone support requests
- Use multiple online systems to effectively resolve tickets and prioritize based on urgency
- Collaborate with colleagues and escalate tickets as necessary to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of prior call center experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable, private, and secure remote internet with minimum speed requirements of 20Mbps Down/10Mbps Up
- Basic skills in personal computer use and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule
