Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls, addressing concerns and selling fitness products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience and foster customer loyalty

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in specified states including California, Georgia, Illinois, and others
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience in a high-volume call center
• Established work from home environment with a windows-based PC or laptop and high-speed internet
• Previous remote work experience is preferred
• Ability to engage customers and provide effective recommendations
