Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and motivation to the team via various communication channels

- Address customer issues and maintain accurate documentation of team activities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 15+ customer support professionals
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in professional tax software and Microsoft 365
- A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection
- Commitment to work the entire seasonal period from early November to April
