Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
- Proven track record with high ARR customers in the Fintech industry
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and delivering presentations
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
- Knowledge of strategic account management methodologies and best practices
