Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS
  • Proven track record with high ARR customers in the Fintech industry
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and delivering presentations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or related field
  • Knowledge of strategic account management methodologies and best practices
