Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Web Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain investor relations and corporate websites for public companies
- Act as the main point of contact for client requests and manage incoming tickets through Freshdesk
- Utilize the internal CMS to make timely and accurate website updates as requested by clients
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-centric environments
- Experience in web content management and/or system management tools
- Good working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience in client services, help desk, or project management is preferred
- Experience working with investor relations clients and public companies is a bonus
