Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Telephonic Triage RN for a remote 24/7 Occupational Health triage call center.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a rapid flow of incoming telephone calls and document each call accurately
• Complete assessments of symptoms using proprietary Triage Algorithms while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Monitor and track individual and call center productivity metrics

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Valid RN license and current BLS (CPR) certification
• Ability to handle a high volume of consecutive calls
• Strong technological skills with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• Access to a private space for patient privacy and high-speed internet
