Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and health care providers to identify assistance needs
• Document information in computer systems and assist customers in navigating online tools
• Research complex issues and guide customers on their prescription benefits and claims

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working with multiple computer screens while interacting with customers
• Ability to complete required training and work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if necessary
