Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to provide exceptional onboarding and first order experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate efficient customer onboarding into the ecosystem, ensuring a positive first order experience
- Educate customers on product testing lifecycles and manage expectations through enthusiastic interactions
- Document customer interactions and maintain relationships with the Customer Master Data team
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred
- 2 years of customer experience required
- Knowledge of beef and/or dairy operations preferred
- Previous training/onboarding experience preferred
- Experience using a CRM system is advantageous
