Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current products and services
  • Process orders and verify insurance documentation for patient eligibility
  • Facilitate resolution of customer complaints and ensure quality assurance metrics are met
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative or customer service roles
  • Two (2) years of experience required for senior level positions
  • Experience with Medicare certified processes is preferred
  • Proficient in navigating multiple online EMR systems
