Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Service Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices
• Provide results and technical information to facilities and callers
• Document and report customer contacts and complaints for tracking and FDA reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with reading and interpreting diagnostics of cardiac devices
• Previous cardiac experience preferred
• Call center or customer service experience
• Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations
