A company is looking for a Patient Access Representative to serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling calls and scheduling appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and schedule patient visits and procedures across multiple hospitals and medical centers
- Collect and enter patient information into various computer systems while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure
- Interact with patients, physicians, and hospital staff to provide updates and resolve issues related to patient care
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems efficiently
- Willingness to stay updated on vaccinations required for hospital work
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
