A company is looking for a Scheduling Platform Administrator (Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily scheduling system support to enhance user experience and reduce technical errors
- Collaborate with various teams to improve workforce management processes and drive daily results
- Ensure effective communication and service orientation for both patients and internal care teams
Required Qualifications
- Experience with workforce management tools in a fast-paced operations or customer service environment
- Ability to operate effectively within ambiguous situations and utilize available tools
- Experience in data acquisition from diverse sources for problem-solving
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during business hours (Eastern Time preferred)
- Fluency in English, preferably bilingual in Spanish
