Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative (WI Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pre-service insurance reviews and resolve complex insurance issues through calls with patients and insurance companies
• Ensure accuracy in processing accounts and meet Key Performance Indicators for calls and documentation
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while exceeding performance thresholds in reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required
• Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred
• Familiarity with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications preferred
• Working knowledge of medical billing and coding preferred
• Prior experience in a medical office or understanding of health insurance preferred
