Key Responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolutions and actions
- Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claims process to ensure resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while adhering to corporate policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses)
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
