Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Intake Admin Assistant - Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the client onboarding process and maintain accurate documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to new clients and families
  • Collaborate with insurance providers to secure necessary authorizations for new clients
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an Intake position at an ABA/Behavioral/Mental Health Services agency
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in Pacific Time (9 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance
