Job Summary
A company is looking for an ABA Intake Admin Assistant - Spanish Speaking.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the client onboarding process and maintain accurate documentation
- Provide excellent customer service to new clients and families
- Collaborate with insurance providers to secure necessary authorizations for new clients
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an Intake position at an ABA/Behavioral/Mental Health Services agency
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in Pacific Time (9 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and pass a Live Scan FBI & DOJ Clearance
