Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - Small Business & PC Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding for Small Business and PC clients, ensuring successful and timely implementation of services
• Serve as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, providing clear communication and support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth client transitions and address any onboarding blockers

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of client-facing experience, ideally in implementation, onboarding, account management, or customer success
• Experience working with Small Businesses and/or Professional Corporations is a plus
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
• Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or legal-adjacent industries
• Familiarity with onboarding tools or CRMs like HubSpot
