Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager to oversee daily operations of audit and support services.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience in coding and billing audits, including fraud detection
  • Experience in healthcare audits, including overpayment recovery and legal support
  • Understanding of HIPAA requirements and ensuring compliance
  • Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar credentials are a plus
