Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical assistance and ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Act as Queue Manager during weekend shifts, managing case handling and support requests
  • Provide technical support across multiple products, ensuring effective troubleshooting and issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong background in Linux, Unix, and Windows Enterprise Server OS
  • Solid understanding of Internet protocols such as HTTP, SSL, and IPv4/v6
  • Experience with cloud-based platform services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with Java, web containers, and web servers
