A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical assistance and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Act as Queue Manager during weekend shifts, managing case handling and support requests
- Provide technical support across multiple products, ensuring effective troubleshooting and issue resolution
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong background in Linux, Unix, and Windows Enterprise Server OS
- Solid understanding of Internet protocols such as HTTP, SSL, and IPv4/v6
- Experience with cloud-based platform services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with Java, web containers, and web servers
