Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients
• Enroll patients into specialty services and manage workflow queues
• Answer inbound calls and contact healthcare providers for necessary information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required based on state regulations
• Minimum two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled hours with varying shifts
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives
