Implementation Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Support Specialist to work with the Instrument Manager application.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade the Instrument Manager application, including connection additions and license updates
• Implement Data Innovations products and manage instrument integrations
• Collaborate with LIS vendors on interface development and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of Data Innovations Instrument Manager application
• Experience with HL7 and ASTM interface protocols
• Clinical Lab experience preferred, with Epic certification desired
