Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 service desk support for customer inquiries related to insurance issuers and marketplace applications
  • Log user inquiries and triage them to appropriate internal groups or Tier 2 support as needed
  • Respond to IT inquiries, provide account access support, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • GED or higher
  • Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Receptive to training for service desk operational processes
  • Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
