Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 service desk support for customer inquiries related to insurance issuers and marketplace applications
- Log user inquiries and triage them to appropriate internal groups or Tier 2 support as needed
- Respond to IT inquiries, provide account access support, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions
Required Qualifications
- GED or higher
- Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Receptive to training for service desk operational processes
- Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
