• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, specifically with medical insurance or benefits verification
• 1+ years of experience with Windows-based applications such as Microsoft Office
• 1+ years of computer keyboarding experience
• Direct/hardwired internet connection with specified minimum speeds and a secure home workspace
