Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments efficiently
  • Document patient requests and information accurately in the EMR system
  • Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow and assist with other office duties as assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR systems is preferred
  • High School Diploma minimum required
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple programs
  • Must be available for 6 weeks of training with no time off
