Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Document patient requests and information accurately in the EMR system
- Coordinate with team members to maintain workflow and assist with other office duties as assigned
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR systems is preferred
- High School Diploma minimum required
- Strong computer skills and ability to multitask across multiple programs
- Must be available for 6 weeks of training with no time off
