Job Summary
A company is looking for a Member Service Specialist Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices regarding medication and benefits
- Investigate and resolve member inquiries or escalate to the appropriate team member as necessary
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and training guidelines specific to HIPAA
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Strong PC skills with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
